business travel management is a travel management company in australia specialising in travel management solutions for sme's with a travel spend between $20,000 - $1,000,000 per annum. business travel management (btm) is a division of pan australian travel pty ltd (pat). it is 100% australian owned and operated by two directors, chris daniels & jake hower. pat has been in operation since the late 1950s. btm was conceived over a number of years and formed in 2012 after realising sme business was not well catered for by existing travel companies. already servicing an existing “core” of sme clients, we realised we held a high level of expertise in this market segment. by forming btm, we are able to better optimise and cater for sme business. the pat group is made up of the following divisions, which compliment each other and allow for a more integrated experience: leisure & cruise travel escorted group tours contractor services business travel management
