as a non-profit organization, our mission is to empower women personally, politically, and professionally and to achieve equity for women in the workplace through advocacy, education, and information. at bwm, we are striving to make real changes for women in not only their business and professional lives, but also politically, and personally. all of the women who participate statewide enjoy the following benefits: - empowerment - networking opportunities - legislative connections - career advancement - leadership skill development - scholarships - personal connections - community involvement we have been around for more than 95 years, with 17 local clubs across the state of missouri, with more than 250 members.
