business modelling helps organisations in two ways: we analyse existing business processes and point out ways they can be optimised, simplified or stabilised, and we analyse the impact of new regulation and requirements and help design and implement solutions to report on that. in both cases we offer concept modelling to ensure a better understanding of the business data and a more durable, long lasting solution. our experience is primarily gained from projects within the financial sector, where we have built extensive knowledge. we do take on projects in other areas when we can draw on previous experience like gdpr implementation - which isn’t specific to the financial industry. we are based in copenhagen and are able to work on site in both copenhagen and tel aviv.
