busy (business-driven solutions for youth) is a nonprofit haitian-based economic development organization whose mission is to promote and foster social and economic empowerment of marginalized youth in haiti by creating effective and innovative business-oriented solutions. following a community-based approach, « busy » works in partnership with the youth clubs, community-based associations, grass-root organizations and others in the communities to develop and run innovative and sustainable economic programs that can help vulnerable and marginalized young people achieve economic independence. our major solutions and capabilities include the following areas: entrepreneurship training and capacity building; financial inclusion and literacy; value-chain enhancement and pro-poor market development; vocational skills training and youth employment; life skills training and leadership
