caspar grauballe has started his own company: golf course architecture by caspar. after having worked with martin hawtree on some of the finest projects to be found in the world of golf, i felt the time had come to establish my own practice/company. it gives me the opportunity to implement my views, visions and ideas on golf course architecture and to offer my services to a broad range of clients. working for hawtree ltd. has been a fantastic learning ground where i have been exposed to projects of all kinds from advicing a small club on greens and bunkers to being part of creating what is probably one of the best golf courses in the world. i have a strong desire to bring the best possible golf course design to all the projects i am involved with. i strive to create golf courses that stand out in the mind of players that play them.
