byington offers a stunning 95-acre, wine-experience getaway situated on our grand estate with manicured lawns, hiking trail, and expansive views of the santa cruz mountains, monterey bay, our pinot noir vineyard. we are a fully-operational vineyard and winery and events property with award-winning wines in the heart of the santa cruz mountains yet the backyard of silicon valley. our tasting room is open to the public thursday, friday, saturday, and sunday from 11 am to 5 pm. byington offers a stunning backdrop for any wedding. for corporations,whether looking for the perfect offsite location for a working lunch, vip customer dinner, celebrating a corporate milestone, or hosting the ultimate celebration, byington provides a refreshingly productive and memorable venue.
