my name is caroline serniak and i am an aspiring certified personal trainer. i played sports my whole life and went on to play division i soccer at longwood university in virginia. i learned a lot about my body and fitness through soccer, but once i stopped, i had to figure out a different way to train. nutrition is also something that has been very important to me and a key part of my fitness journey. having a peanut and tree-nut allergy has made nutrition a little more challenging especially when it comes to my diet and getting all of the nutrients i need. at byown fitness my aim is to help you identify your fitness goals, design an exercise program that fits your needs and guide you through every exercise, every workout. my holistic approach to fitness and health will have you feeling great and seeing results in no time.
