prior to the formation of byron & edwards, apc (“b&e”), thomas and michael were partners in edwards, white & sooy, which later became edwards, sooy & byron. as a result, they realized a common work ethic and mutual litigation principles and styles. in that endeavor they formed b&e in an effort to specifically cater to their existing clientele and work toward a common goal of treating new and existing clients with the highest degree of care and professional integrity. at b&e, the aim is to develop lasting relationships by assisting our clients’ businesses to grow while aggressively protecting their interests and assets.
