as an intake specialist, i conduct interviews of all potential new clients for the firm. i obtain the relevant information that we need in order for the team to determine what course of legal action, if any, is best for our clients. it is also my focus, as it is with our entire staff, to explain the disability process to our clients. my job is to make the process less confusing and daunting for our clients and answer questions regarding what to expect during the various stages of the social security disability claim process.
