Byron Township Recreation

founded in 1971, the byron township parks & recreation department, since 2009, is run out of the byron township community center. the department is responsible for athletic leagues, fitness classes, events, byron township parks & facilities, and creating events that enrich the community. the byron township community center opened in april of 2009. the center is home to the byron township parks & recreation department, which was founded in 1971. the center is available for rental. it is perfect for a small meeting or a large event. see the forms and brochures for more details. facilities available: fitness area - walking track, fitness equipment gym - basketball, volleyball, pickleball banquet rooms - great for a variety of parties and events
