byron + wilf provides executive coaching and consultancy for individuals and organisations considering, undergoing or recovering from change. byron + wilf is led by alexandra johnson who qualified as business coach with meyler campbell in 2014. prior to founding byron + wilf, alexandra was a board director at crisis management consultancy, regester larkin, where she advised ceos and their leadership teams as they made major decisions, very quickly, under intense internal and external scrutiny. alexandra has over twenty years' experience working with global pharmaceuticals, energy, financial and professional services firms as well as the not-for-profit sector. she has advised individuals and teams operating under huge professional and personal stress, and having been part of a leadership team, she is well acquainted with the pressures of running a business and managing a team.
