byron development, llc, engages in a variety of private-equity entities. we are currently developing over $140,000,000 of single-family/townhouse lots in the greensboro, summerfield, oak ridge, gibsonville, mt. gilead, lake tillery, montgomery, rockingham, and guilford county areas. with over 2,150 residential lots either developed or in some stage of development, byron will contribute to the construction process of over $600,000,000 in new homes throughout north carolina. we provide residential lots for national, regional, and local home builders. byron development is also currently developing golf course lots at both the greensboro national golf club and the tillery tradition golf club. additionally, byron development is in the design phase of 2 separate commercial/retail projects with a total value that will exceed $635,000,000. soon we will post aerial photos of our developments in the process. stay tuned!
