build it group of companies was established in 2015 after solid growth from previous company commercial construction solutions (ccs) which was founded by the director pat pugliese in 2011. pat originally started ccs in 2011 after a serious downturn in the construction industry. as a short term venture ccs started showing solid growth dealing with high profile projects and managed to establishing itself as a commercial construction consultancy offering the following services: contract management - head and sub contract review's, strategic implementation of commercial structures, claim management having substantial wins and more... project management - this was a very broad scope from managing day to day operations on high end residential and commercial project, client side project management from conception to completion and design and implementation through to construction. since then pat believed the best option was to move on from commercial construction solutions to build it group o
