Eatfed (Education and Treatment for Eating Difficulties)

eatfed is australia's premier treatment centre for eating disorders & disordered eating. we bring the work of dr anita johnston author of "eating in the light of the moon" to australia from the usa. we offer an intensive outpatient program which is an alternative to the current medical model of treatment. we also work in conjunction with general practitioners and dieticians. our approach is unique in that we treat the underlying cause of the eating disorder, rather than focussing on symptom relief. we have been featured in an abc radio national documentary in australia called "starved of a cure."
