we are a property developer for residential and commercial builds in the south west of the uk. our developments focus on modern methods of construction (mmc) whilst incorporating sustainable materials. we also manufacture turn-key modular light gauge steel frame at our facilities in bodmin, cornwall. when we say turn-key modular steel frame, we are talking the whole house. we will build your house in modules upto 5m in width and 12m in length per floor level depending on logistics. we will build the steel frame, fill with insulation, fit the external envelopes, install 1st fix m&e, place the internal plasterboard, carry out 2nd fix m&e, decorate through out and the install fixtures and fittings, bathrooms and kitchens all in the factory ready for delivery to site. this is done using parallel construction. whilst we are manufacturing the modules, there are a team on site building the ground works preparing the ground for delivery and install saving a huge amount of time and money. if
