Eat Work Art

eat work art unlocks redundant and neglected buildings, transforming them into inspiring spaces that nurture creativity and growth. we currently operate three sites: netil house (including netil market) and hackney downs studios in hackney, and old paradise yard in lambeth. these sites are home to over 250 studios and 400 new businesses and professionals, most of whom operate in the creative industries and associated services. collaboration is what keeps our hubs alive and we will always seek innovative ways to bring together all those with a desire to create and share. our spaces facilitate collaboration and innovation; central to our practice is supporting synergy and exchange of ideas between residents to encourage creative ideas to grow. what we practice is inherently sustainable and we make the most of space and resource, so our community can make the most of their ideas.
