profile we are a private company that specialise in supplying modern rooms in shared houses, we also have a small selection of self contained flats and 2 & 3 bed roomed houses. we purchase properties and renovate them to a very high standard, so unlike dealing with a letting agency where the tenants are dealing with agents for many different landlords, the tenant only has three people they will ever deal with: landlords: peter mcwilliam and jeannette mcwilliam maintenance director: peter holroyd (pictured) in cases of emergency, our maintenance director, peter holroyd, can be contacted 24 hours a day with any faults. security all our staff are security checked, and only your landlord, peter mcwilliam and the maintenance manager, peter holroyd have keys to the properties. tenants all our tenants are all professional working people, and mature students. we do not accept young students or dss recipients.
