as a young fashionista who loved shopping, modupe, started her journey into the fashion industry in 2007, her taste for exquisite fabrics and designs, led her to the city of dubai in the united arab emirates. her style and outfits were a center of attraction and became one of the topics of discussion at every social event she attended. in 2010, she decided to add pieces of jewelry into fashion by being a gold merchant. meeting dubai-based designer galia fahd in 2012 was the beginning of an amazing partnership and in 2013, she made her wedding and reception dress. and in 2021, modupe was inspired to create this luxury brand "dushi by galifahd" for two reasons. 1. the love and passion she feels with the process of making dresses and how beautiful her dresses are. 2. for the luxury woman that wants to look classy and expensive but not over the top dressed.
