e&a: empower & accelerate we are a non-for-profit association endeavoring to empower and accelerate students for their industry throughout their lifetimes. as a mostly student-run organisation our goal is to help all prospective students achieve their career goals. our objectives are: 1. to support all engineers and architects in their pursuit of becoming professionals in their respective fields of study; 2. to empower individuals to be able to enable themselves to strive forward and achieve their personal bests; 3. to provide a platform to motivate and inspire creativity and innovation, by providing the necessary tools and resources to those capable; 4. to build a strong professional network within and beyond the university of auckland, in order to benefit not just the students, but the industry as a whole.
