the e-bims division was formed in 2004 to support jdp clients and is a part of jd partnership ltd. since 2004 the e-bims team has grown and developed its own client base which now supports clients across the united kingdom. e-bims was developed to provide some of our long-term clients with a searchable drawing management system, which has evolved to provide storage of all documents relevant to the operation of their property portfolio. recognising that this service has enabled our clients to become more efficient in the management of their buildings, we now offer this service to anyone who would benefit from it. jd partnership ltd was founded in 1972 and has developed as a customer-focused business. we have controlled growth at a sustainable level whereby we can provide our client, whether it is a commercial organisation or a non-profit organisation with a personal service. we aim to understand the client’s objectives and how their “business” influences their use of their building docu
