we’re maine mushroom experts with a penchant for producing and selling edible mushrooms in maine, including shiitake, lion’s mane, king trumpet—a.k.a. king oyster mushrooms—porcini and chestnut. whether we’re busy figuring out how to grow lion’s mane mushrooms so the flavor is distinct but delicate, or carefully tending to microgreens like peas, sunflowers, beets, broccoli and radish, our family concentrates on all aspects of growing and harvesting to be the best maine mushroom company (and microgreen producer) we can be. our goal is simply to produce food that positively impacts health and tastes great. our mushrooms and microgreens are fresh and free of preservatives and pesticides. we believe that food is medicine, and we want to share our gift with you and yours just like we do our own family. you won’t find our product in most grocery stores, not even lesser quality examples of these special maine mushrooms. don’t worry, though, once you decide to add our goods to your daily di
