e-motion is een trainingsbureau voor kinderen, jongeren en jongvolwassenen uit kennemerland, ijmond en haarlemmermeer. sinds 2008 begeleiden wij jaarlijks ruim 400 kinderen en jongeren die op sociaal-emotioneel gebied een extra steuntje in de rug kunnen gebruiken. naast het ‘praten over’, oefenen wij vooral en geven we veel concrete tips. er worden oefeningen gedaan die lijken op sport, spel en toneel. goed kunnen sporten en toneelspelen is helemaal niet belangrijk. het gaat om het gedrag en vooral dát wordt dus geoefend. onze ervaring is dat kinderen, jongeren en jongvolwassenen graag naar ons toekomen en dat het werkt.
