E&p Community Farms

at e&p community farms, we aim to address the less known problem of rural waste mismanagement, gender and caste discrimination and excessive use of chemical fertilizer. we partner with the rural women self help groups and tribal communities to process rural waste into high quality vermin compost and vermin wash using black soldier fly larvae and our unique waste processing unit. the fertilizer we generate is sold to local farmers at a marginal cost, boosting the income of small and marginal farmers and generating a passive income for the women and tribal communities in the region. our work helps keep the villages clean, farmers less poor, food healthy and generates a passive income for women and tribal communities (hopefully reducing gender and caste discrimination).
