e tipu e rea whānau is a kaupapa māori, ngāti pāoa endorsed health and social service, based in auckland. e tipu e rea are leaders in the provision of support for mātua taiohi, hapū māmā and pēpi to grow, thrive and be rangatira within their whānau and community. www.etipuereaws.org.nz we hold contracts from ministry of health, oranga tamariki and a number of other funders. e tipu e rea also undertakes both individual and systemic advocacy to to allow mātua taiohi, hapū māmā, and their tamariki to thrive. we ensure any barriers that young whānau experience within our health and social systems, are turned into calls for structural and systemic change. we connect decision makers with the realities of the lived experience of young whānau. e tipu e rea is supported by ngāti pāoa iwi trust.
