e3 surveys is a developer, host and licensor of online surveys for the independent consulting and business community. our core surveys are based on our e3 culture of leadership matrix - which, developed and validated over an 8 year period, identifies that high-performance teams and organizations are populated with team members who are highly engaged (e1), enabled (e2) and empowered (e3). our mission is two fold - support independent consultants to develop consulting opportunities through the provision of high-quality, robust and validated assessment and benchmarking instruments and - enable the business community to develop 'cultures of leadership' of highly engaged, enabled and empowered team-members.
