our mission: to empower executive assistants to take their productivity and careers from standard to badass. executive assistants are a vital component to most organizations and to the success of the executives that they support, yet they are often not given the tools and resources to grow and excel in their jobs . many eas are thrown into their roles and forced to figure out how to be successfully as they go, rather than having a blueprint for success and a dedicated program to help get over the physiological hurdles and tactical challenges of the job. on the other hand, executives are busy keeping their own heads above water that they don't have the time to sit down and clearly communicate their expectations with their assistants. additionally, many executives have never had their assistant act as a true business partner, so getting their ea to maximum productivity remains a challenge. the ea mafia was formed with the idea that executive assistants have a wealth of untapped poten
