a non-profit 501(c)3, volunteer-based equine rescue located in fredericksburg, va area. mission our mission is to provide a safe, loving environment for any horse, but especially rescued newborn, weanling and yearling horses that would otherwise fall into the wrong hands. our mission also includes providing a safe avenue for our local youth, military community, and the wounded warrior program to volunteer and develop self worth, responsibility, and rehabilitation in equine-based ways. while also educating the community about equine care, behavior, and maintenance through volunteering. company overview eher is a non-profit organization dedicated to rescuing and securing outstanding adoptive home for foals and horses from all walks of life. description over the last 10 years we have found loving homes for over 750 foals and horses.
