eagle property investors colorado, llc or epic invests in real estate and other similar investments. properties are purchased both for rehabilitation and for use as rental properties. epic owns rental properties in three states: new mexico, colorado and missouri. epic was formed in october 2012 and registered on january 1, 2013. in may 2014, the owner and managing member, betty strietelmeier obtained her real estate license in colorado and she is now an active realtor(r), and is a member of the team at re-assurance real estate services. sandy hopper is the managing broker and theresa bozeman is her mentor. noel bozeman-martinez is also a realtor(r) with the firm. epic continues to invest in properties and to buy and sell real estate for their clients.
