eagle property service, llc is a general contractor based out of west allis, wi. we specialize in personalized custom interior remodeling services for both residential and commercial customers throughout southeastern wisconsin. most of our projects consist of bathroom, kitchen and basement remodels but we also love to provide 'handyman'​ repair services for everything from window and door replacements to drywall and painting, even very small troubleshooting and repair work. we also manage local residential properties for landlords. property management services include thorough prospective tenant screenings to ensure a great renter, 24\​7 emergency maintenance response, updated rental agreements to avoid legal difficulties, unit clean-outs and apartment flips.
