eagle rock capital is a private equity fund established to make investments in real estate subject to distress. the fund will utilize a variety of techniques to acquire real estate, directly and indirectly, that is either distressed or available due to owner liquidity issues. these assets include distressed, insolvent or reorganizing real estate assets and related real estate businesses in a variety of circumstances including pursuant to liquidity issues, development problems, judicially-driven reorganizations, litigation crisis, liquidations and asset dispositions. the fund will seek both current income and capital appreciation with all investments secured by ownership and/or liens in real estate assets.
