eagles incubation center was founded by mrs. havugimana uwera francine in the year 2020 and officially opened in march 2021. our vision is to be a center of excellence with a vibrant and sustainable ecosystem where start-ups are nurtured and thrive. in line with our vision, our mission as a center is to provide relevant, timely and targeted support to start-ups for the promotion of economic growth of local communities. at eagles incubation center we: work with start-ups and entrepreneurs by providing business mentorship and development services and all other skills necessary to meeting the requirements of running successful businesses help start-ups and entrepreneurs have a good working space and other required facilities help start-ups and entrepreneurs in network development with other start-ups in the centre and more widely by organizing seminars, forums, and events help start-ups and entrepreneurs access capital (seed funding, loans, grants, network from potential investors)
