we are a residential home inspection company. we conduct a primarily visual inspection of the readily accessible and exposed areas of a subject property for the purpopse of identifying and disclosing to the client (buyer or seller) certain conditions of the major building components, at the time of the inspection. the major functional systems and building components to be inspected include, but are not limited to: central heating system, central air condtioning, exposed interior plumbing, electrical systems, walls, floors, ceilings, doors, windows, foundations, fireplaces, chimneys, water heaters, furnaces, permanently installed appliances and the roofing system including gutters and leaders.
