eagles nest solutions was founded by justin steil, a former employee of facebook and ziprecruiter. my mission for eagles nest solutions is to bridge the massive gap in the business world between small-to-medium-sized companies and large corporations. when i worked for facebook i saw 95% of my potential clients have no chance of real success with social media predominantly because the owners of the companies didn't understand it and they gave control to the only person they could barely afford to help with it. facebook is a billion-dollar company because their business model works. the main problem is small companies don't have the resources to compete with massive advertising budgets and dedicated professionals. i ran across these same challenges with my accounts while working for ziprecruiter. my large clients hired great talent consistently while my smaller clients would be very unhappy because they didn't see success. i'm done watching small-to-medium-sized companies fail beca
