eam building group was founded in 1983 by edwin maxwell, the company’s managing director, who has grown the business into a successful, dynamic building group working with a range of high profile clients across the uk. eam building group offers excellent and consistently high levels of customer service through a directly-employed team of well-trained and qualified staff, including bricklayers, electricians, joiners, decorators, plasterers and plumbers. we actively encourage our staff to pursue nvq/city & guilds qualifications and we support apprenticeships. in recognising the importance of internal communication and motivating our employees, we hold monthly team briefings so that all staff are aware of the status of our projects as well as being kept up to date about forthcoming projects. in recognition of our commitment to our people, in 2003 we were awarded investors in people and we were successfully reassessed in 2006 and 2009.
