eapc is a pan-european, non partisan association for political consultants, campaign managers, researchers, academicians, public relation and public affairs experts from 34 countries. eapc’s goals are development, support and maintenance of democratic processes, mutual exchange of information and experience, support of co-operation and understanding beyond all borders to promote democracy. eapc’s annual conference is an important forum for politicians, policymakers, scholars and leaders to gather and exchange ideas about the most important democracies and elections of the world. eapc’s 22nd annual european conference and polaris awards in brussels, belgium, may 28-30, 2017.
