we understand the process of recruiting committee members, particularly parents is becoming increasingly difficult and without these elected trustees, settings are at risk of closing. this is why we are inviting early years settings in yorkshire to join our cio to safeguard the ‘not for profit’ sector. our aims we always keep children at the heart of all we do. --- we will support charity managed early years settings to retain their charity status and minimise the number of charity settings being acquired by profit making organisations for the purpose of financial gain. we aim to reduce the closures of much loved settings due to trustee recruitment issues. we will provide consistent and committed trustees, with early years qualifications, which will eliminate the hassle of recruiting committee members. we will recognise the hard work of managers and staff within their settings. while offering managerial support at a level the manager feels appropriate. we want to support you to pr
