we coordinate services that allow children to enter kindergarten healthy and ready to learn. this means all birth to pre-kindergarten aged children in baker, bradford, clay, nassau, putnam and st. johns counties will have access to efficient, integrated, early learning programs and services that meet standards appropriate for their level. our mission is to serve parents, caregivers and educators of children by managing and evaluating early child care and early childhood education programs through a quality school readiness delivery system in north florida.
