donald loccisano and karen strawbridge met professionally some 6 years ago, donald having more than 25 years as an educator/owner/operator of early learning kinders and karen approximately 20 years experience in vocational education and training – working particularly in the early childhood education sector. they shared a concern for the quality of training being delivered in the sector and the skills, knowledge & professionalism of early childhood educators. their vision of starting a registered training organisation offering exceptional training with extensive and supported practical experience began in early 2014 when they joined together to form early learning institute of training & education early learning institute of training & education holds the relatively unique advantage of our relationship with early learning kinders. all students will be guaranteed practical placement at one of early learning kinders centres, with the further advantage of dedicated support and mentoring f
