Earndit (Acquired by Higi)

earndit rewards you for exercising. the service links up to a number of fitness apps and devices, such as nike+, garmin, fitbit and others. once linked, earndit automatically gives you points based on distance traveled (e.g. 10 points per mile by foot, 3 points per mile by bike, etc). it also gives you points for checking in to a gym on foursquare. these points can then be redeemed for real-world items, such as running shoes, jewelry, loose-leaf tea, clothing, webchat with a dietician, etc. virtual trophies are also awarded based on certain exercise behaviors.
