Earth House

earth house is a city farm for kids in dhaka. the aim of earth house is to bring the children closer to nature through hands-on workshops. earth house's mission is "sustainability through education". earth house is also working to build an organic seed bank and creating community groups for roof top food growing. we aim to start sustainable handicraft workshops. earth house welcomes visitors to attend workshops to learn about traditional play, stories, songs, food and art. we aim to have similar earth houses on different parts of the world - which will be commercial self sufficient - and working as a noah's ark of our traditional skills - one generation passing it to another - not organised by the government but by parent to child. earth house is located in an industrial area of heavy environmental pollution - we host open days - inviting industry change makers to look at the sustainable technology available that would allow them to maintain their production with less environmental con
