the connection between humans and mother nature has always been the motive of our existence. a beautiful relationship based on giving and taking. the earth provides us with oxygen, and we return it in carbon dioxide. we stimulate the harvest of plants, and the earth provides us access to food. the earth has her powerful circulation of water, which we consume, but also control with positive intentions. roughly 300 years ago, we revolutionized industry and we have not stopped improving since then. we have made chemical and physical innovations that have made our lives easier, which we enjoy every day. we have always tried to use these innovations in a good way, but to the earth, it has caused a significant imbalance. the ever-increasing temperatures; the increases in storms, heavy rains, and heat waves; the melting of land and sea ice; the thawing of permafrost; and profound changes in animal habitats. it was not wrong to watch out for ourselves. doing so allowed us to better cope with
