earthdefine is focused on transforming vast amounts of earth sensor data into consumable geospatial information products for numerous applications in the private and government sectors. we have embraced 'big data' challenges by developing a high volume geographic image-based analysis (geobia) data platform that can integrate multiple streams of geospatial information to create high value products. we are working on the first of these challenges to create the largest high resolution baseline tree cover database for the coterminous united states through our spatialcover tree canopy product. this database is constantly growing and will eventually provide seamless access to the most accurate tree cover data for any region within the contiguous united states.
