earthscraps, llc is a unique consulting service dedicated to improving the community by reducing the environmental impact of the food service industry. our goal is to partner with our clients to provide stewardship of their efforts to reduce their carbon footprint and contribute to the health of our planet. we work with our partners to divert food waste from landfills, creating compost that may be used by local farms and gardeners. we offer evaluations of current facilities and create solutions to lessen the impact of operational costs – reducing the impact on local resources as well as increasing the bottom line.
