we are a privately held company located in central florida. we believe that the payment of property taxes is a zero sum game — where, invariably, the owners of residential and commercial real estate property are always and consistently, the losers. we believe there exists a better, long-term, sustainable solution to this problem that can transform this zero-sum game into a win-win game for at least 330 million persons in this world. the way we plan to win this game is by creating and combining two very simple new ideas together -- and then using the capital markets to generate "refunds", in the form of profits for our clients. first, we created a new intangible asset -- called a property tax easement (tm). second, we're working to create property tax options and get them listed on a publicly traded market exchange. we believe that a government entity will always exercise its sovereign power and authority to levy and collect taxes on real estate property and that individuals
