east coast earthworks and its sand, stone and fill supply division, east coast aggregates, are based in vero beach, and serve locations throughout an extensive florida coverage area. we are a locally owned and operated company with a staff that's small enough to care and equipment that's powerful enough to work the earth and haul aggregates, quickly, efficiently, and affordable. east coast earthworks is owned and operated by peter and therese victoria. peter previously owned new england based victoria excavating and west bay sand & gravel during the early 1980s. he broke his longstanding passion for working outdoors to study architecture and open his own architectural design firm. six years ago, his passion called him back as he grew tired of the life of an office professional, leading to creation of east coast earthworks. peter victoria never let go of his architectural talents. instead, he expanded into east coast earthworks, where he works alongside his wife and office manager there
