its a study circle founded by shri ca k.l. chandak and shri ca dr. durga das agrawal in year 1998 and later on when members increased and institute also find that learning should be regulated so that all professional brothers can be updated and can render best towards society at large, after that its become east delhi ca cpe study circle. its a platform for providing continuous professional education authorized by the institute of chartered accountants of india for continuously updating our chartered accountant brothers through organizing seminars on monthly basis and speakers like experienced chartered accountants, company secretaries, lawyers, bankers, investment bankers and senior ceo`s and cfo`s of recognized companies. primary purpose is to aware our members about country vision, people`s point of view and what companies and government required from finance professionals.
