certified in 1991, east end hospice, a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit corporation, provides care and comfort for terminally ill patients, their families and loved ones living on the north and south forks of long island, including eastern brookhaven. health care professionals and volunteers offer pain management and symptom control as well as palliative care, social, emotional and spiritual support to patients and their loved ones in a comfortable and caring environment. eeh seeks to promote awareness of the benefits of hospice care in our communities through educational and informational presentations to civic, fraternal, and religious groups, professional organizations, and educational institutions. supporting families through the times of grief is an essential part of our hospice service, including children’s bereavement programs and camp good grief – our acclaimed five day bereavement day camp for children aged 4 to 17 who have experienced a loss, now in its 18th year. campers attend smal
