this division includes many social assistance services provided directly to clients. the activities classified in this chapter do not include the provision of accommodation services other than temporary accommodation. includes - activities of social, counseling, care, refugee assistance, referral and similar services provided by government bodies or private organizations, victim support organizations and national or local charities and specialist counselors to individuals or families at home or elsewhere: • child and adolescent care guidance activities • activities to prevent adoption and abuse of children or other persons • advice on household budget, marriage and family issues, credit and debt counseling • community and neighborhood activities • assistance to disaster victims, refugees, immigrants, etc., including temporary and long-term asylum • vocational rehabilitation of the unemployed and their preparation for certain activities when education is limited • establishing entitleme
