the east lansing adventure boot camp is the only certified adventure boot camp in mid-michigan! each challenging but fun indoor/outdoor 4-week transformative fitness camp is developed and led by a nesta/nsca-certified personal trainer and combines circuit training, core conditioning, sports drills, cardio, obstacle courses, surprise activities, support and encouragement into each session to help you reach your fitness goals. you'll never get bored, wait to use equipment, pay initiation fees. no long-term commitment is required but once you become a camper, you'll see why adventure boot camp family continues to grow!
