East Mississippi Chapter of the Nwa/Ams

the east mississippi chapter of the national weather association and the american meteorological society is a student-run organization at mississippi state university. our goal is to gather those interested in meteorology as a group to advance our knowledge and serve our community. we have monthly meetings to inform our members on events and have guest speakers to give members further insight into meteorology. the chapter also holds social events, and an annual symposium on southeastern severe weather.
